Pros
Fantastic culture. If you're looking for a mission-driven org that's making change for good, Aledade is worth a look. I'm not on the front lines but am grateful and inspired by the work we do. We've grown a ton so there is a lot of opportunity to build. I'm fortunate that I have a fantastic manager who gives me the autonomy to do what I was hired to do while also helping guide me. Leaders genuinely care.
Cons
With tons of growth comes some growing pains. It's too be expected. I don't view it as a con but if someone is looking for a place with clearly defined processes and tools and frameworks for every part of the org...we're not there yet. But that means it's a really exciting time to be part of building all of that. So for folks that can flex, work in the unknown, want to put order in places where it might be needed, this is a great place to be!
