Aledade reviews

I just started a month ago with Aledade. They are an extremely accommodating work place. Whether you are in person or remote they work with you to ensure you are able to work as comfortable as possible. I am in a hybrid position and love going into the office and appreciate the flexibility to work from home as well. I am very comfortable communicating with my manager and other teams. They try and generally succeed in being as inclusive a workplace as possible and I have yet to meet a person at Aledade that made me feel unwelcome. I could go on and on but overall I still am wrapping my head around that this place is real!
