Pros

Lots and lots of learning opportunities, leaders are visionary, great for honing skills, learning new skills and personal growth as a talent.

Cons

Workload drives you crazy, frequently expected to work overtime and during weekends. Visionary leaders means getting major revisions requested sometimes a couple of hours before deadline

Pros

good projects, nice on portfolio. can get a lot of exposure within a short timeframe. great growth, helped in landing my new position.

Cons

OT is expected. for amount of work hours and work done, salary should be higher. salary reviews are also really slow and kept being delayed, which also seemed to be happening to everyone else.
