- Management has great strategy in moulding individual talents. - very talented teams of designers, Developers and PMs

Cons

Management can be rude at times, but it doesn’t reflect the full picture of being an employee here. (Especially on crunch times)

Pros

Aleph-lab is a place where you can truly grow and learn as a designer. From my personal experience, I have seen myself evolve as a designer at Aleph. Peers are like family and the work culture is superb. Design director K.Poon and CGO K.Erik are great personality to work with. They are very supportive and tough at the same time. Aleph-labs give people with passion opportunities to discover themselves and grow.

Cons

Like every company, sometime we are required to work over time. But it doesn't happen often.
