1. Good colleague 2. Supportive colleague 3. "Flexible" if you do your job 4. Good knowledge transfer

Cons

They will fire you by putting you under a 'PIP' (Performance Improvement Plan). Even if you work very hard and perform well, they just don’t need you. They may also ask and pressure you to tender your resignation because they don’t want to pay your compensation. There will be no increment even after one or two years of working. They don’t protect their own staff and don’t appreciate your hard work
