Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. We’re glad you felt supported when joining Aleph and appreciate you raising the point about overtime clarity. We understand how important transparency is, especially for those working at client sites. Please note that during interviews, we do inform candidates that digital project work often involves continuous responsibility and may require extra hours. We’ll continue to ensure this is clearly communicated and understood from the start. Wishing you all the best ahead.

Pros

an ok clientelle for learning opportunity.

Cons

• A company under WPP without any benefits of WPP. Doesnt follow WPP benefits like mental health day and such except wants to follow wpp policy. • All of the top management doesnt believe in mental health. • likes to low ball deliverable timeline and stretch resources from dev and design for multiple clients. • Short of resources and benefits. • Non existing culture, everybody is trying to work coexist.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found learning opportunities through our client work. Regarding the benefits mentioned, we’re unsure which specific WPP benefits you’re referring to, as each company under WPP operates independently with its own policies. While our structure and approach may differ, our teams are well supported including regular food provisions and activities to keep the workplace engaging and connected.

Pros

Nothing good at this company.

Cons

Toxic Management: Leadership is consistently dismissive of employee concerns, fostering a hostile and demoralizing work culture. Decision-making is excessively centralized, with nearly every matter requiring CEO approval. This leaves managers and leads powerless to support their teams or address problems effectively. Unfair Practices: Performance reviews and salary increments appear arbitrary and based on favoritism rather than transparent KPIs. Employees are forced to beg for fair pay or recognition, creating a culture of fear and resentment. Lack of Support: Employees are valued only when the company needs them. At other times, they are ignored, silenced for raising concerns, or subtly pushed to resign. Excessive Workload: The company demands weekend work and overtime without any compensation. Employees are often forced to sacrifice personal health and well-being just to meet unrealistic billing targets. Unstructured Processes: Time-wasting requirements, such as daily journals that no one actually reviews, add pressure without contributing to productivity or improvement. Unethical Practices: Resignations are deliberately made difficult, especially when resources are tied to ongoing projects. Employees are treated poorly unless their presence is critical to client deliverables. Unequal Bonuses: Bonus allocations are opaque, delayed, and seemingly based on favoritism rather than merit, further eroding morale and trust in leadership.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we appreciate hearing from all employees, this review reads more like a scripted list of grievances rather than a personal account of experience at Aleph. We always encourage our people to share specific, constructive feedback so we can learn and improve. We remain committed to creating a supportive environment where teams feel heard, valued, and fairly recognized.
