Read through all the red flags, they're true!

nice colleagues and near to public transportation

Cons

forget work life balance, no time boundaries (they will schedule meeting at 6:15pm, also forget about your lunch time), no innovation, exposure to various projects with no clear goals (just fix endless crap just to make client happy, adding new features to extend datelines, etc), job is suitable for boomers/yes-man, willing to sacrifice own soul for paycheck. Also HR is constantly trying to replace you, be warned! tbh I don't know why some clients still stick with us...

Some colleagues were nice and supportive

Cons

Management has no idea what they’re doing. Totally unorganized and biased. Zero appreciation for hard work. only favoritism matters. Toxic work culture No career growth, no training, no structure. You’ll end up mentally drained and demotivated every single day.
