Pros

- Friendly and helpful colleagues - Good learning opportunities because you will most probably be overworked

Cons

- OT all the time, sometimes even on weekends, will literally squeeze everything out of you - Have to manage multiple projects with unrealistic deadlines - Toxic upper management, doesn’t acknowledge feedback or concerns from employees. Will literally tell you overworking means “fast pace learning” or “good learning opportunity” - Don't have proper processes when comes to project planning, everything is so messy, always last minute changes that can be avoided with proper communication between teams - big big gap between the designers and developers, dont really communicate - Highest turnover rate company i’ve been to - Below market rate compensation - No KPI
