Due to the nature of our business, working over the weekends is highly unavoidable due to delivery schedules. We do provide off-in-lieu for Alephians who had worked over the weekend and/or public holidays. Nevertheless, do note that we do not encourage working overtime unless there are any emergency situations. We cherish family/personal time as much as you do. People are our top priority and should never be overlooked. We hope this will help to clarify your misunderstandings of us.
