Aside from that, we would like to ascertain that Aleph is a discrimination-free organisation, and any violation of such behaviour will be dealt with promptly and appropriately. Therefore if you have any information regarding misconduct, improper behaviour or discrimination, we urge you to bring this up with either the Happiness Team or Senior Management, whichever you would feel more comfortable with. Do note that every alephian plays a vital role in the growth of the organisation. Every aleph milestone will not have been possible with the dedication of each alephian, which is the reason success stories are highlighted to all on certain occasions.
