Due to the nature of the business, it is no doubt that there will escalation at times which will require the team to work prolong hours. Off-in-lieu will often be granted in such a situation as a form of compensation for your hard work. We appreciate worklife balance as much as you do but such a balance will require efforts from both sides. We will be keen to hear you out on how we can improve. Also, please note that we are not a hire and fire company. We value all our alephians who get onboard with us since no organisation can run without talents. It is very much not appreciated here.
