      Nice office I guess and work from home

      Cons

      Hostile, toxic culture, toxic people, untrained people in leadership positions, untrained and disrespectful individuals. Very very unprofessional people here. Work overload is insane and the pay sucks. Retention is overlooked hence the poorly managed teams and poor performance.

      Pros

      Growing company. A few nice people.

      Cons

      Focused on acquisition growth rather then organic growth. No upward mobility. Unorganized organization. No uniform processes. Try to illustrate a "warm fuzzy collaborative culture" but it is every man for himself with little organizational support and many false promises. Constantly renegotiating producer salaries and Nickle and diming producers. If you are an established producer I would recommend else where.
