      Micromanagement at its worst

      Pros

      Good pay, decent benefits, remote job.

      Cons

      Focused on numbers and 1000% customer satisfaction that we did everything for the clients but could care less about their overworked employees. Micromanaged to the max. Management berated their employees. but no one does anything/reported about it. Training processes and delegation of work was not the best. HR questioned on usage of PTO hours.

      Employer really doesn't care about anything but making the yearly percentage.
