Pros

They are an employee focused company. They invest a lot into us with their various programs. When inflation happened they adjusted our pay to help with the rising cost of things. They truly take our feedback into consideration when creating new processes

Cons

None really. The health insurance plan is a con for me. Before switching to this company I had a dedicated therapist however this company’s plan does not cover that type of service. You also have a “deductible” plan so after your annual visits everything is out of pocket until you reach the preselected deductible amount. Overall though As with any job there are minor things that could be better on the more individual level but nothing major

Pros

Once you adjust to the noise level, long hours, and dirty work. It is a great team of people that you are working with to do a difficult job. The consistent schedule and availability of over time are huge benefits.

Cons

Loud manufacturing work environment makes clarity of communication difficult.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your work experience with us. We appreciate knowing what you liked and didn’t like. Please know that we take areas of concern seriously and do what we can to make improvements. We have increased hourly wages for production employees across the organization by $2 per hour, to help offset the high cost of inflation. We also increased hourly wages for office and administrative employees by $1 per hour.
