Pros

Small hospital, Good place to learn as new grad, mentors and co workers are quite friendly. Good price at cafeteria.

Cons

Lower end to the pay scale in comparison to the market, high workload, poor communication with doctors. Only snacks and drinks available via vendor machine between cafeteria closing hours. Free coffee.

everyone knows everyone, free parking, meals are cheap, don't take work home

Cons

overworked, under paid, overwhelming office politics and bureaucracy, micromanagement, non transparency in budget, tight control, high turnover rate

Okay place to start or work if you’re in between jobs

Cons

Clicky staff, and lazy but mgmt doesn’t care. Lazy doctors that care more about a patient’s insurance prior to seeing them. Old hospital with dirty equipment that’s rarely cleaned thoroughly
