      Some great folks that work here

      Cons

      Constantly reusing old strategies that haven't worked and acting like they are new. So much change and not enough time to acclimate or burn in new processes/tools. Making change before we know the impact of the previous solution looked like. Decisions are more and more being made for financial reasons at the expense of the people working there and the quality of service for customers and clients. More focus on becoming a technology company than taking care of people with quality.

      It Is A Paycheck

      Able to flex time, PTO hours, remote work, Easy job

      Cons

      The job is easy but the workload is unmanageable. Another specialist left and instead of hiring a new one they just handed out the clients to other specialists- which increased the workload with no increase in pay, moving customer care jobs and client specialist jobs offshore which is makes me fear for my job, back office teams "resolving" the tickets with incorrect or incomplete information that causes more work and escalations, no raise last year was demoralizing and frequent layoffs negatively effect the client culture
