It's very dystopian-ish. You don't know what any of your leaders look like and the only interaction that you have with them is when they send you a copy and paste message about excessive call or hold time. The customer service department is excluded from all meetings, even the "all employee meetings". Maybe that's a good thing, I dont know. Call center work is bad no matter where it's at, but this experience was just different in a strange way.

Everything, trying to get PTO is so hard even if you requested off months in advanced. Micromanaging and the managers are so rude and never have a real conversation with you, they only ever read off of a script and don’t take the time to truly get through tough situations with you, no opportunity for growth, it’s hard to get a transfer if you do want to move departments.
