Micromanagement, bad management, favoritism, no leadership,

I've worked for several companies throughout my career, and this one is by far the worst. The people and the culture are completely toxic. There's no room for personal life or making mistakes, and forget about any kind of healthy development practices. Everyone here exists solely to survive and to please the miserable excuse of management, whose job seems to be limited to shouting and barking orders. There's no feedback, no growth, just endless, meaningless, and poorly executed work. How is it possible that the so-called "leaders" of this company have no idea what they're doing? These are people who've been using the same outdated practices and standards for years and think that somehow that makes them seniors or tech leads. Worst of all, they reward those who are exactly like them. I genuinely feel sorry for the contractors who get caught in this mess because they have no other choice. Honestly, I think factories in China have better working conditions.
