Pros
Good health insurance. Mostly a remote environment although some employees work at the office. It's a CRO but the internally-initiated research is pretty interesting.
Cons
The processes are a mess and have not improved much over the past few years so expect to receive inconsistent direction. Some members of leadership are nice while others require more babysitting, which is the most irritating part. The company has profited the past year but seems to be losing trust in its employees. Employees are now required to detail everything they do on their timesheets, which makes taking a break feel like a crime. There's also not much opportunity for upward/lateral movement.
