Alimentiv is a company with leaders who offer great support. It is growing quickly and offers a lot of opportunity for developing skillsets and experiences that you may not be able to in larger CROs.

Cons

With the rapid growth, there can be periods where there is not enough time in the day to get everything done. Scaling the teams seems to be a challenge that is being welcomed.
