Fire, fire, fire everywhere, testing before release(s) is a joke. There is always some bug somewhere waiting to jump and when it does, hoo-boy it's all hands on deck. This is probably from the Tons of tech debt from when the company started as well as a general lack of technical documintation. Issues are usually fixed with a temp patch until it breaks again two releases down the road. Really need regression testing for all aspects of the product. The organization is cliquish. You won't see it at first but give it a month and you will see it. Maybe you will be in one, maybe you won't be.
