Alkami's culture is one of trusted-accountability, caring-collaboration, optimistic-perseverance, transparent-communication, courageous-innovation and real-fun. We pride ourselves on the ability to keep our culture intact through the significant growth we've had, and have seen from our engagement survey that our Alkamists feel the same.
We recently implemented projects to enhance cross functional communication and collaboration. We know we aren't perfect but we are putting in the processes and workflows as we continue to scale.
In regards to advancement opportunities - this past year we had over 100 promotions across the organization! For a company that's now 500 employees we continuously take the time to recognize and review our teams.
