Cons
Leveraged environment that is unscalable and the prioritization of clients is conflicting. Due to this, it seems to be a struggle to get clients across the finish line. Due to teams being over-worked, there is a lack of training and professional development which leads to burn out and creating the same mistakes over and over again. There are subcultures within the company which are perpendicular to the company culture.
