Pros

Culturally diverse, fun is a tenant, belief in work quality rather than just quantity, true open door policy up to C levels, catered lunches every day, great work/life balance, better than average benefits, new office space and furniture, great location and beautiful campus with parking garage and workout facility, and there are many more!!

Cons

It is truly difficult to provide cons, however, if pressed I would say that having such a fast paced and dynamic business can make for hectic days and sometimes weeks. There are times when interdepartmental communication suffers because of this dynamic. Anyone new needs to be prepared for the pace of work.

Fast growing high tech company; One of the best company I ever worked for; I enjoy working in cutting edge technologies with some of the smartest, high caliber developers; Alkami is not scared to embrace changes and their technology stack is a proof for that. Alkami values their hard working talented work force and has a great culture with excellent benefits.

Flexible hours, work from home, unlimited PTO, latest technologies, good culture, great management, free lunch, great location and office space, good benefits, strong development team that you can constantly learn from, employee appreciation and team building events.

Cons

There is no 401k match.
