Pros

The team is really nice and people are smart, which makes all interactions with coworkers very effective and smooth. We also have a lot of freedom and flexibility in the way we implement things and the technologies we use to do so. We keep ourselves up to date on new technologies, which is a real plus.

Cons

We keep on redefining and improving our way of working, and this can be a bit confusing sometimes. In addition to the technical challenges, there are also organizational challenges that we try to solve

Working with a bunch of smart people, where after you have been chosen to be part of the team, you will have all the trust to deploy yourself and make the best out of your time working. If you are the ones that love challenges, love helping and learning, if you enjoy working a collaborative way, and you are not looking for titles but for adventure, knowledge and grow, you will find here the perfect place to grow in a way you never imagined.

Cons

We all work a lot, everyone is deeply committed, and as the adventure and challenges are huge, we all work a lot, by pleaser and to keep up to the teams level. If you are one of those who love been manager, or that likes to go home at 6pm, or to have a clear limite on your tasks... then this will probably not be your place.
