You're doing your part to help the less fortunate. Lower stress than most IT positions. WFH available to most positions. Plenty of additional PTO days were granted during the pandemic.

Cons

IT tends to be asked to perform responsibilities of other departments routinely.

-Amazing team camaraderie -Pleasant and supportive work environment -Reasonable and appropriate workload and stellar management support -Positive training experience and attentive learning environment with designed fellow teammate providing side-by-side learning and coaching. -Great employee benefits and perks -Comfortable and modern facilities and workspaces with encouraged options to adapt workspace to personal tastes. -Member-focused policies designed to promote wellbeing and effect positive change and attention. -Great inter and intra-team communication and collaboration -Friendly and approachable leadership

Cons

-New-Hire Training program could use better structure with dedicated training facilitators presenting courses and orientations. -Self-paced training courses need more clarity. Current LMS software only assigns a few required modules. The other training courses needed are not easy to locate as there are multiple modules covering the same topic.
