Will get paid well znc plenty of hours if you want it. Great benefits

Cons

You will have no life, nor will you be treated like a human being. You will be expected to work everyday, 80 to 90 hour weeks. You will be asked to work all day and then work a night shift a few hours later at times. No extra pay for working at night. If you act like this is too much, you will be treated like dirt. Most guys don't even stop to eat lunch, you will been seen as lazy if you want to take your breaks. IF you LOVE construction, this is the job for you. If you are doing it for the money, stay away.

Company strongly cares about its workforce from office to field operations. Good job security in a fast-paced environment. A lot of good people within. CEO is passionate about the industry.

Cons

Did not follow training program. Sometimes got lost as a entry-level employee without good guidance

The career track program is a joke they don't rotate you any where you basically start out as an underpaid project engineer. Senior management will tell you lies to keep your hopes up for advancement, raises, etc. Senior management puts together business plans with goals that the company never meets.
