The company offers great health benefits and PTO.

Cons

Gaslighting and Micromanaging. No room for Advancement and growth. Praised for doing Great work, but demoted to an entry-level IT Help Desk Call Environment five days a week?. New Hires Provided Opportunities while bypassing Existing employees. Very Confusing from a professional IT environment.

Great company culture - Great safety culture. Challenging projects. Rewarding work. You can make a difference in your job and the locations you work.

Cons

As with any company there are some toxic and downright mentally unwell employees that for some reason look like they will never retire or be let go. In fact, there are some in leadership positions that seem to keep getting promoted despite their ethical performance.

CEO Ross Myers is an awesome guy but his visions go blind as they are lost trickling down the chain To many Inexperienced, disrespectful and hot head managers The cart is in front of the horse in many cases If your not in one of their “clicks” you will struggle or be thrown under the bus
