      Pros

      Allan Myers has always been a company of strength, and I look forward to its continued growth and development. I have worked here for 28 years and Allan Myers gave me the opportunity to provide a great life for my family while doing important work for the infrastructure of our country. I enjoy that I can see the product of my work and because of my experience I am able to work independently with little supervision. Also, the company takes care of its employees with a benefits package second to none.

      Cons

      Traveling for work can be a sacrifice. When planning for job materials and equipment management does not always seek the input of the field employees which has caused delays and challenges that could have been avoided.

      Pros

      Company was a great place to work when I started, but then newer management took over and ruined all that we had.

      Cons

      Long travel followed by long days, lots of Saturday work. Very cut throat company
