Decent opportunity for advancement. Many different types of work.

Cons

Upper Mgmt does not often communicate decisions to all company divisions. Internal divisions have gaps in the ways they operate.

Great company to work for. They really take care of their employees and the higher ups try their best tow to work with you hourly if vacation or days off are needed.

Cons

There are some weeks where there are extremely long hours. However other than that, not much to complain about here.
