      Long hours and lack direction

      Pros

      Not many to speak of. There is some opportunity for advancement, but not unless you're willing to devote your life to the company.

      Cons

      Little to no training, with no clear direction from management. Management rules with an iron fist, and verbal abuse is common. Terrible work life balance.

      Pros

      Everyone was very personable, but cared a lot about their work. The whole team was committed to the company, which made the environment perfect for work.

      Cons

      Most of the project managers were only concerned about posting a positive crew cost factor. This led to false statements on project status reports and inaccurate projections.

      Great pay and wonderful benefits, they always make sure the workers go home safe

      sometimes the travel is far
