      Due to increased responsibility you learn alot

      The career track program is a joke they don't rotate you any where you basically start out as an underpaid project engineer. Senior management will tell you lies to keep your hopes up for advancement, raises, etc. Senior management puts together business plans with goals that the company never meets.

      The company will place employees on construction projects without considering the distance to and from the employee's place of living.
