Good benefits, steady schedule, average pay. Some departments have very good managers, but it's not consistent across entire network.

Cons

Management is terrible. HR discriminates based on color. Management plays favorites and promotes people for helping them to get rid of other workers. No consequences for a coworker who violated HIPPA by going through my medical chart. No consequences when coworkers physically assaulted another coworker.

Pros

Monday through Friday daylight hours no weekend or holidays Benefits were decent. Some of the providers were respectful and approachable.

Cons

Management non-existent. No teamwork. People talk down to one another and look for every opportunity to stab others in the back. One of the doctors repeatedly badmouthed her patients. Only given negative feedback and never any positive reinforcement. Chronically short-staffed. Frequent travel to offices 1+ hour away. Made us enforce mask policy but did not back us up when patients were defensive/argumentative about it.

Love the work helping people, have autonomy, feel like I am making a difference within our patients. The new manager seems fair, listens to concerns, and will stick up for what is right

Cons

The previous manager was unfair, showed favoritism, and was a micromanager. Many unnecessary steps were time-consuming. Most of our department left or are leaving as to her incompetencies.
