      Pros

      Great people to work with and morale is good. Compensation is fair. Hours are flexible. Benefits are on par with other health care systems. Much improvement since Highmark's potential buyout.

      Cons

      Fee to park, but it's the same as other hospitals Company does not currently match retirement contributions More communication from upper management would help.
