      Pros

      AST is committed to employee well-being. They are very supportive of professional and personal growth, and are willing to put their money into growing the value of employees. They work hard to ensure satisfaction through team-building, solid benefits, competitive salaries, and a generally positive work environment.

      Cons

      AST is very clear that they wish to grow and maintain a strong workforce, but there don't always seem to be many opportunities for advancement. AST seems to have a good strategic vision for moving the company forward into new markets during the next few years, but they've experienced a lot of growth lately and the transition from a small (50+) company to a bigger (200+) company appears to be more difficult than management had anticipated.

      Pros

      Love the team working environment and being able to contribute to a mission I am passionate about, and greatly appreciate being away from the Washington D.C. craziness. I feel like the management has my back and best interests even in these uncertain times.

      Opportunities for advancement are limited.
