compared to Las Vegas casinos and gaming industry, its a good culture

Cons

compared to anything else, the work culture is very poor. They dont want to spend a dime on office events and parties. They depend on vendors to bring snacks and booze. your role might change depending on the needs of the team and may be completely different from what you signed up for. Heavy politics in accounting and they keep 1 person who does the job of atleast 3. Career growth is pretty challenging since accounting budget is tight and their CEO has clearly said they will try their best not to backfill so if there is an opening means they are only hiring because the department literally might break without you since they are so shortstaffed.
