Great learning environment, its easy to make connections throughout the company and learn how an airline works from the inside out.

Cons

You have to want to stay in the airline business if you work here. They will move you around the company and you will lose focus on what your initial job was.

Pros

Great FA's to work with. Travel benefits are great for the employee and their family. Pay is good if you work long enough to reach some sort of seniority. Great benefits as well. Maury is a great CEO and is very knowledgeable in running the company just wish his managers had his same characteristics.

Cons

Company is top heavy. Company may be growing to fast. Management believes they can do whatever they want. The company doesn't believe in FA's making a career with Allegiant. They believe FA's should move on when they reach 10 years. Company refuses to compromise with union in contract negotiations.

Pros

The staff and a couple of the managers in IT are amazing to work for and with. In the past they were open to trying new technologies but in the past few months things have changed.

Cons

I was given promise of a training budget but 2 years in a row I was told it was not in the budget or told to wait until next quarter. They're upper and mid level management are almost never there(some even live on the opposite side of the country). Which leaves them out of touch with what is going on.
