      Pros

      Being a FA was the most incredible experience! 10years and I’ve gotten to travel to places ive only dreamed of and made life long friends who are now family. I only wish I started that career earlier.

      Cons

      Management. They only fly minimum to just stay current and are EXTREMELY out of touch with the day to day stressors of the job. FAs are just warm bodies to them to be interchangeable and replaceable. Deaths/family/health do NOT matter to leadership. They smile and pretend to have your best interests but it’s all fake and will be reporting you immediately! Was only in SFB for a short time but Amber W was promoted and was a power hungry 2 faced villain. Clearly boot lickers get better opportunities and is an example of most inflight supervisors.

      I felt the politics is not a thing here and everyone lets you grow and take credit for what they do. Work/Life balance is what one gets here

      Cons

      Nothing I have observed in terms of work. Just the bonuses are not that great
