Fun environment with the ability to participate in various initiatives. A 21st century company that realizes tattooes and jeans can still be business casual. Company values doing the right thing even if it loses money. Diversity is embraced and a great place for LGBTQ+ community to find an accepting career.

Cons

Management is very cliquey. It doesn’t matter how hard you work, how innovative you are or how much of yourself you put into the company. If you are not part of the popularity contest, you are overlooked for promotion but consistently exploited for your talent.
