Union Low senitority = worst days off No starting pto but they will tell you otherwise. You start with 0 and accrue only 40 hours over the first year. Paid holidays are sparse. Older workers can be hard to deal with most of the time. Pretty high drama most days. Insurance is mid. And over 500 a month if you have a family. Union doesn’t show much representation and seem very lacking. Union dues.
