      This company is strong and I love what I do and management seems to take care of us. Love it here at Allegiant.

      Cons

      Airlines are 24hrs and so is a gig in the OCC.

      Pros

      I've worked in the airline industry almost 30 years and have worked with many different airlines. Allegiant Air is by far the only airline that has displayed sincere care for their employees. I walk around this corporate office and see smiles, laughter, a relaxed environment, and just an overall sense of, "This is a pretty cool place to work."

      Cons

      No Cons to share. I wake up and look forward to working at Allegiant Travel Company.

      Pros

      Allegiant is one of the best places I've ever worked. I would definitely recommend anyone to pursue a career at this fast growing company where everyone matters no matter what position you hold.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working for Allegiant. It's a great company all around. It's a casual environment with happy tenured employees.
