      - Ample opportunity to advance within the company and to try many functional areas. - The company is entrepreneurial in spirit; you can implement your ideas and see their results quickly with few barriers - Pleasant working environment at HQ; people are nicer and less political/corporate than elsewhere - Relaxed dress code, partial work from home opportunities - Some of the best travel benefits of any airline- agreements with lots of different airlines all over the world

      - The company is growing quickly and some processes have not yet grown accordingly

      Pros

      Lot of growth opportunities, Fast paced challenging work environment, Upper management supports with constructive ideas and trusts in giving additional responsibilities if you are in it to win it !, Good Salary and annual increase is fair based on individual performance, Great Travel Benefits and great culture. HR team always have lot of different health programs, and entertainment ideas that are implement for the employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes longer it getting decision but there is a room to improve it that area. Also, there is room to change PTO policies
