      Direct flights only, which meant home nearly every night.

      Travel benefits, IF you can get days off in a row but that's not possible.

      Cons

      Management treats flight attendants and pilots like DIRT. I have worked for other main line carriers and they DO CARE about you. It's like day and night. And, they could care less! They want you to know they don't care. The upper-level mgmt people they hire are mean and nasty people. They don't want to hire any other type, because that's exactly what they want. Very GREEDY! It's a shame but it's the way it is.

      Pros

      Amazing flying benefits. The pay is okay, commission is okay as well. You get to meet a variety of people. The flight attendants are fun and you create very close bonds with them.

      Cons

      Airplanes are old. They get hot and some don't have an APU. So it's difficult to work on these planes.
