      Pros

      The interview process was comfortable and engaging. Very nice to see different ages, heights, weights and a very good mix of applicants. The applicants that did make it to that level were already comfortable, welcome and easy to talk to so all of the previous process seemed to have narrowed everyone down to a very nice, outgoing group.

      Cons

      The room was a bit small and noisy however they may have done that to see how a person reacts with a lot going on but it was hard to hear someone that was close to you trying to answer a question during a group interview-I think it was the acoustics.

      Well organized, good energy, knowledgable and fun recruitment staff, they really make you want to join their team! Thank you for the opportunity! You guys are great.

      Cons

      Not a con really, I wasn't successful during the group interview portion and for my own growth and learning experience reasons, it would've been nice to know why specifically...but difficult if not impossible to do in a group setting with so many people that they have to vete.

      Pros

      Free flight benefits on Allegiant, and discounted passes on other airlines; good group of people to work with; plenty of open shifts or shift trade possibilities for those that want more than part-time hours.

      Cons

      No medical benefits for part-time (even though I consistently get between 35-45 hours per week...) Not many full time positions open.
