Pros
I originally applied with Allegiant Travel co. at the beginning of June and was immediately sent a invitation to do the video interview. The video interview consisted of situational questions. (Remember to smile and answer in the STAR format). After submitting the video interview, I didn't get a response until a month later inviting me to a F2F interview. During the F2F they have a 1 hour presentation telling you about the company, upon completion of the presentation you are then divided into groups. In the group session you are asked to recite a boarding announcement that you have a few weeks to memorize. You are then partnered with someone and given a situation and asked how you would resolve the issue. After the group interview you then find out if you move on to a one on one. I was chosen to do a one on one and now I am anxiously waiting to hear back. Allegiant is a great company with many benefits and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to start working in the aviation industry.
Cons
No cons. Management was extremely friendly yet professional and they want to see you succeed
