      Pros

      leadership is smart, and the business just keeps growing. Love working at a place that is profitable, quarter after quarter, and I have terrific co-workers along with lots of obvious company efforts to continually improve.

      Cons

      Growth outpaced infrastructure, so lots of catch-up going on. Frustrating sometimes when things are done manually that should be automated, but I know technology is coming that will help, and its just a matter of time to get there.

      Nothing is good about this company or IT

      Cons

      worst place to ever work in IT. Management is about as bad as it gets. At all levels there is nothing redeeming about any of them. They like to point fingers and then yell at each other for pointing fingers. They take no responsibility for anything done and blame everyone else even putting it down on the employees.

      Growing Company with a lot of managerial changes

      Pros

      Solid Benefits, profitable company, some potential for advancement within the company, free flights, several locations nationwide.

      Cons

      Very few opportunities for pay raises short of changing positions with the company. Some heavy handed micro management in places. Often worked holidays, but that is to be expected for an airline. Lots of turnover, due to management/corporate culture.
