      1. Exposure to the full airline operations. 2. Great work environment for military, first responder, and security professionals. 3. Casual, Accessible Corporate Culture. 4. Travel Benefits. 5. Depending on your role with Allegiant, you get to travel A LOT for work! 6. Get explore other parts of the United States you never thought of and also, international locations where Allegiant operates! 7. Work - Life Balance is amazing!

      Pros

      Because the company has a unique business model that focuses on low-cost, leisure travel, it makes the work feel fast-paced and purpose-driven. I appreciate the flight benefits and the opportunity to travel, which is a major perk. Team camaraderie is also strong because everyone is often working under time restraints and relies on each other to keep operations running smoothly. I appreciate the schedule bid process to choose what works best for me. I also like being able to trade shifts as needed.

      Schedules are often unpredictable with working hours past scheduled time is often common based on plane arrivals.
