The company has a history of pilots (male) taking advantage of the female employees. This includes flight attendants, gate agents and rampers. It is a really unfair environment that can be very harmful towards women. Male flight attendants will be given second chances over and over again while female flight attendants will be put on notice and or fired for their personal lives. The company fosters an environment that allows bullying of other employees. They do nothing to stop it. HR is frightening. Coworkers have mean nicknames for each other. The company has participated in harassing and bullying their employees. Men will break company policies and federal regulations and still have a job, women will be scrutinized and attacked for their personal lives. HR will ask women vulgar questions about their personal lives and ignore the male employee who is involved.
