Pros

Friendly family owned business, with wonderful warehouse crew. learned a lot about beverages, RTD, chemistry, and in general the food industry.

Cons

Minimal opportunities for advancement. It seems like they already know who will advance to the upper levels. I tried to apply to a position outside my department, and both departments conflicted of my progression path. I chose to take another opportunity outside the company.

free Arizona tea and juices and 10 days off for xmas/new year holidays.

Cons

NO room for advancement if your not part of the family. Either you have to be Jewish or Portuguese to make money here or advance. The pay & benefits are horrible. HR is the worst, they only want to hire Spanish ppl who speaks no english so they can pay cheaper pay. my advice: run fast an far away from this place.

The company is unorganized and there is no room for advancement. Upper management plays favorites and not everyone receives the same benefits. low pay, vacation, and benefits. weekends required for warehouse employees. HR does not do a good job
