      Run away or go away from new jersey!

      Pros

      Headache and Pain back (they don't pay the benefits) the only good thing here is you can learn but hey simple stuff you can learn in 2 months if you are smart.

      Cons

      A lot good ones: Favoritism, No progress, pressure, stressful, and literally you just want to leave the building soon as possible, managers just like bragging of their position (most Portuguese) and Jewish no opportunities to growth and if you are not in the office or supervisor (you have to be Portuguese) you make 14 bucks per Hour and last thing they don't care about you they just want their money keep going on, in their banks account even with the coronavirus going on they just say that no matter what the company will never stop their operations.

      Pros

      Co-workers are helpful and friendly, it's a really great place to learn. They make coming to work a joy, its the management and higher ups that make it hard to stay.

      Cons

      Job is misrepresented. Normally Customer Service is much simpler than what this job is. This is more like Sales/Production/Customer Liaison with the different departments that are involved. Very hectic, system has a lot of exceptions to the rules, making it hard to learn as you go when you think you understand it, it changes again. Great if you love chaos. Otherwise, stick with a place that is more cut and dry, and will pay more.

      It is a very laid back environment with friendly coworkers. The company is expanding and continues to hire more workers. Full benefits for salary employees.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low and the paid time off is minimal. The company is disorganized, possibly due to "growing pains."
